Visiting the Website

Apart from the Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact page, described below, Kelvesso has not added analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, browser storage, or third-party embeds to this website. There are no accounts or payments on these pages.

The hosting service processes requests to deliver the website and operate its infrastructure. Technical information such as an IP address and request details may appear in hosting logs.

The Inquiry Form

The contact page has a form that asks for your first and last name, email address, the reason for contacting us, and your message. A phone number and company name are optional. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask about a project, to prepare for that conversation.

When you send the form, Cloudflare checks your entries and sends accepted inquiries through Cloudflare Email Sending to Kelvesso’s Google Workspace sales mailbox. To limit misuse and repeated messages, the form stores keyed hashes derived from your network address and submission, request times, and delivery outcomes. Active rate-limit records expire after one hour and duplicate-submission records after 24 hours. Sending-attempt timestamps are kept for up to 30 days to enforce email usage limits; these records contain no address, message, or submission hash. The form’s application database does not store your name, email address, message, or raw network address. When the contact page loads, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions and processes technical browser and network signals for that check. JavaScript is required to submit the form; you can also email us directly.

Giving us a phone number does not sign you up for calls or text messages. We do not send marketing email to people who use the form.

Emailing Kelvesso

Email links open your email app. Clicking a link does not send anything. If you email us, your email service and our email service process the message, including your address and whatever you include.

Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential records in a first message or in the form. We can agree on an appropriate way to review project materials later.

Service Providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, processes technical request data, and handles inquiry email delivery. Its database recovery system covers the previous 30 days, so expiry from the form’s active database does not immediately remove recovery copies. Cloudflare processes email content and delivery metadata to provide the sending service; optional dashboard message previews are disabled. Google Workspace receives and stores correspondence in Kelvesso’s mailbox. Expiry of form records does not delete those emails. The providers’ handling of technical logs, recovery copies, and messages follows their own terms and retention practices.

Customer systems built by Kelvesso may involve different information and providers. Those project-specific arrangements are agreed separately; this notice does not describe every customer application.
