Custom Software Development
Kelvesso develops AI tools and business applications for companies that need more than off-the-shelf software. That could mean automating a repetitive task or developing a complete internal system.
Services
AI and Automation
When staff copy details from incoming documents into another system, that task can often be automated. Exceptions can stay with a person.
Routing and Delivery
A delivery system can account for your scheduling rules and show dispatchers what has changed during the day.
Messaging
Keep a customer’s messages with their record so the next staff member does not have to start the conversation again.
Social Media Tools
Manage content approvals and publishing from one place, using connections the chosen platforms support.
CRM and Business Systems
Track customers and the work associated with them without splitting it across spreadsheets. The views and permissions can match your team’s responsibilities.
AI Receptionist
Give callers answers to routine questions and direct other requests to the right staff member.
Where a Project Can Start
- Improve an Existing Tool
- Add a focused workflow or internal view around a system your team already uses.
- Connect the Handoffs
- Move information between your tools so people can act without entering the same details again.
- Replace Selected Functions
- Build around the parts that no longer fit, after reviewing data, access, and transition needs.
How a Project Works
Understand the Operation
We look at how the work is done today, who is involved, and which problem is worth solving.
Agree on the Scope
We define the workflows, priorities, constraints, and the checks that will show whether the solution works.
Build and Test
We develop the solution and test ordinary tasks, handoffs, and exceptions with your team.
Roll Out
We plan the transition and hand the solution over to your team.
About Kelvesso
Kelvesso is a software studio that starts from how a company already operates: the handoffs, the recurring tasks, the tools that do not talk to each other, and the information the team needs. Alongside client work, it is developing Nora, an AI Receptionist, with an initial English and Spanish focus.
Questions
What makes a project a good fit?
A process that takes too much manual coordination, information that is hard to use, or standard software that leaves an important gap. A concrete example helps us assess whether custom development is useful, and we will say so if it is not.
Can you connect to the tools we use?
That depends on the interfaces, permissions, data, and limits of each system, whether that is an API, a database, file exports, or webhooks. We review those constraints during scoping before agreeing on what to build.
How is a project priced?
Each project is quoted on its own after the first conversation. There is no standard package or price list.
What happens after rollout?
Handoff and rollout are part of every project. Ongoing support, maintenance, or further development can be arranged as a separate agreement.
